The legal news circle has reported that, Mark Kerrigan, who is now age 45, had allegedly got into a drunken rage over the use of the house telephone, which was alleged to be a reoccurring battle, and this ultimately lead to the manslaughter charges associated with the father's death. He was released on a $10,000 bail after psychiatric evaluation.
